Why partner with Durant Ministries?  Maybe our ministry has touched you somehow, whether through a meeting at your church, a conference, teaching materials or our music, and you’d like to stay connected in some way by helping us take the same message to the nations.  The primary purpose of partnership with our ministry is to send us to the nations. 

 

Jesus told us to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” We have invitations to minister at Bible Schools and conferences all over the world, but the Bible says, “And how shall they preach unless they are sent?” (Rom 10:15, NKJ) 
  

God means for the body of Christ to work together to accomplish His plan for the earth. If we all share in the sending, we all share in the rewards. Paul called it being partakers of my grace (Phil 1:7). He thanked the Philippians for sending support to him over and over again. As a matter of fact, Phil 4:19, “But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory” was written as an encouragement to Paul’s partners for their faithful giving. In Phil 1:3-6 (NIV), Paul says, “I thank my God every time I remember you.  In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”   

The Philippians had received ministry from Paul, stayed connected with him through financial partnership (helping him to go to other places), and Paul in turn ministered back to them through his letters and by his prayers for them.
